Correct Brewing enhances the taste palette of the cup and generates high consumption

In times of over-production, quality usually decreases, negatively affecting coffee-consumption in the long run. It will therefore have a positive effect on all elements of  coffee- production to remain focused on quality.

The European Coffee Brewing Centre was established by the Norwegian Coffee Association in 1971. Our mission has been to improve the technical qualities of the brewers, and to inform, train and educate professionals and consumers to brew their coffee the best way. The more near perfect beverages that are available whenever coffee is prepared, the more coffee will be sold. In turn, the more equipment will be needed.
